  2. thanks gregory - it took about 45 minutes to draw - and about 2-3 hours to paint...but, i did this same painting 3 times before i could even get it close to being right!!

  11. thank you all so much - can't tell you how much i appreciate your thoughts and words. and robin, i did stand in the muddle of chambers street - in front of the tweed courthouse on the right - but only long enough to do a b/w value/composition sketch in pencil. took a couple of photos, and painted it in the studio

    and yes, i do give workshops - a new schedule is on hold for a while as i am working on a dvd and new book project at the moment.
